Fast, fun and a potential stash buster? Yes, please! Apple Dumpling is the baby sister to Apple Picking. She is just as gorgeous and drapey as her big sister, but needs less yarn. A triangular shawl that is a lot of Wow! The pattern is written with video tutorials. Perfect for adventurous beginners and beyond.
Total of 400 yards / 365 m of fingering weight yarn in at least 2 colors. Perfect for solid, tonal, lightly variegated and/or speckled yarn. Use a US 6 / 4.0 mm needle.

Fingering weight yarn, approximately 400 yards / 366 m total yarn used. Samples worked in both a superwash blend and 100% merino.
2-color version (samples in Navy and Gray; Gray and Green):
C1 – first color/beginning: 112 yds / 280 m
C2 – second color/middle and end: 200 yds / 500 m
3-color version (sample in gray, hot pink and black):
C1 – first color/beginning: 80 yds / 200 m
C2 – 2nd color/middle: 145 yds / 362 m
C3 – 3rd color/end: 160 yds / 320 m
