Apple Picking Shawl

$6.50

It is said that an apple a day will keep the doctor away. We knitters probably all experience the positive benefits of knitting with each row we accomplish. Knitting is relaxing, meditative and stimulating. This shawl combines a number of my favorite elements in knitting – texture and color, with a touch of lace.

If you love getting lost in your knitting, and want a meditative knit that can simultaneously hold your interest then this is the project for you. I enjoy a bit of texture balanced by something light and flirty, and I think I hit the mark with Apple Picking. To me, the idea of apple picking is a bit of an adventure – not something you do every day but more of something you might do on a whim; for a bit of fun. So get this triangular shawl ready to take with you on life’s little adventures, or just when you want to wrap up in something to make you smile.
